Following what was a very successful inaugural Varsity Go-Kart event last year, our Oxford friends have booked an evening of bowls at the Fitzroy Bowls Club (https://www.barefootbowling.com.au). But first and foremost, this is an opportunity to come together and enjoy a few drinks during the last days of summer.

Our Oxford friends are expecting us to form a team to challenge them on the lawn. We rely on our members to show up, participate and make this the Varsity event of the year. Bowls will be from 5.30 -8 pm and a function area is available for members from 5 to 10 pm.

There is a reasonable amount of street parking near the club on Brunswick Street and around Edinburgh Gardens, and the venue is easily accessible on the 96 tram route.
